OnTrac is hiring a Dispatch Logistics Coordinator!

Our Dispatch Logistics Coordinators play a key role in keeping our operations moving efficiently and safely. In this position, you’ll oversee and coordinate the movement of trailers and vehicles throughout the facility, ensuring accurate tracking and smooth yard flow. You’ll also work directly with drivers and vendor partners to manage check-ins, assign parking or dock locations, and maintain organized, real-time communication across teams.

Pay: $22.50 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Shift:​Monday - Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.

The Must-Haves: 

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• One year of dedicated dispatching experience and/or training including scheduling and route planning
• At least one year of Customer Service experience and/or training
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and computer navigation
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment

The Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound communication by receiving and directing calls through a multiline phone system.
• Coordinate scheduling and route planning using OnTrac computer and software systems to ensure efficient dispatch operations.
• Monitor and track deliveries to maintain real‑time visibility and support on‑time performance.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience through timely, professional communication.
• Oversee and direct the afternoon warehouse sort, ensuring packages are accurately organized and distributed to the correct route drivers.
