Employment Logistics:

The Business Intelligence and Data Analyst plays a critical role in empowering the organization in its entirety through data-driven insights and operational excellence. This position is responsible for analyzing complex datasets and delivering actionable intelligence to optimize business performance and advance strategic initiatives. This is a newly-created position, with high-visibility to senior leadership and C-Suite executives.

The Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2–6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL (required) and Power BI (preferred)
  • Candidates with exposure to Python highly preferred
• Strong skills in data cleaning, analysis, and visualization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel (occasional meeting/site visit, less than 5%) (DC area preferred)

Your Mission in Motion:

• Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets, developing dashboards and reports using data analysis tools Power BI and SQL to inform stakeholders and leadership
• Prepare and present visually compelling reports and recommendations to leadership, ensuring clarity and impact in every communication
• Collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into actionable solutions, monitor KPIs, and deliver insights that enhance operational efficiency
• Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate data flows, seamless reporting, and robust documentation for BI solutions
