Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Customer Analyst to support our Account Management team within the transportation sector. This role plays a critical part in helping account managers understand customer performance, identify growth opportunities, and deliver a high-quality client experience. You’ll turn customer data into strategic insights that drive retention, satisfaction, and service optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer usage data, service performance, and engagement trends to support key accounts.
- Work closely with account managers to develop data-backed strategies for client retention and growth.
- Create customized reports, dashboards, and presentations for client meetings and business reviews.
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics for assigned accounts.
- Identify operational issues or service gaps impacting key clients and propose corrective actions.
- Segment customers and highlight opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on behavior and needs per AMT’s request.
- Assist in preparing KPIs and customer scorecards for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support onboarding and performance tracking for new clients, including data setup and reporting frameworks.
- Act as a liaison between analytics, operations, and the account management team to ensure alignment on client needs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, customer insights, or client support roles.
- Prior experience supporting account management or customer success teams preferred.
- Strong Excel and data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Working knowledge of transportation, logistics, or fleet services is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in querying and analyzing data using SQL or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to distill complex data for non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client needs and deadlines.
