Employment Logistics:
The Operations Data Intelligence Analyst plays a key role in building reliable reporting, dashboards, and insights that help operations leaders understand performance and take decisive action. This role partners closely with Operations, Quality, Loss Prevention, Customer Experience, and Data teams to translate business questions into clear metrics, analysis, and visuals. Success in this position requires strong analytical judgment, deep curiosity about operational data, and the ability to deliver high‑quality reporting in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.

The Must-Haves:
- 2–4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or operations analysis (logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, e‑commerce, or similar)
- Strong ability to build and iterate Power BI dashboards (data modeling, measures, visuals, usability)
- SQL proficiency with the ability to validate and interpret operational data
- Familiarity with operational event data (scan events, exceptions, labor/station performance) is a plus
Your Mission in Motion:
- Develop and maintain dashboards: Build and update Power BI dashboards and recurring weekly/monthly reports using established metric definitions to support site, regional, and network performance reviews.
- Translate operational goals into measurable KPIs: Convert business questions into well-defined metrics and visuals, escalating definition gaps or edge cases to senior analytics partners.
- Analyze performance trends: Investigate variances and operational drivers through drill‑downs by site, shift, route, or process, and provide clear written findings and recommendations.
- Validate data accuracy: Perform spot checks, reconciliations, and anomaly detection to ensure data reliability and document any assumptions, limitations, or changes.
- Support cross-functional reporting needs: Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Loss Prevention, Customer Experience, and Data teams to identify reporting gaps and propose practical improvements.
- Maintain reporting standards: Apply consistent definitions, follow documentation requirements, and contribute to metric governance discussions to ensure reporting quality and alignment.
