Employment Logistics:

As a strategic leader, the Sales Enablement Director oversees a diverse Commercial Support organization, driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and strategic growth. Reporting to the VP of Sales Operations and Implementation, this role manages Account Operations Coordinators and other support functions to ensure high-touch, proactive support throughout the customer lifecycle. With a strong focus on data strategy, the Director champions advanced analytics and AI adoption to inform planning, improve customer insights, and enable predictive support. By translating complex data into actionable intelligence, this role empowers executive decision-making and continuous improvement.

The Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 6–10 years of experience in sales enablement, operations, or related field

  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRM tools), Power BI, and AI technologies

  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence

  • Ability to travel up to 10%

  • Provide strategic leadership for the Commercial Support organization, building a high-performing team culture

  • Own post-implementation support strategy, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional customer experience

  • Act as a cross-functional liaison, aligning Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT on customer needs and business goals

  • Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and scalable workflows

  • Lead enterprise-wide peak planning initiatives, including forecasting, resource strategy, and operational readiness to support high-volume periods

  • Champion data strategy and advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights and predictive models for growth
