Location: RemoteSalary: $84,000- $126,000 + commission 

Employment Logistics:

The Account Manager Senior Specialist is responsible for maintaining and growing assigned customer accounts by building strong relationships and driving revenue through consultative selling. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

The Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Account Management

  • Deep understanding of logistics industry principles and terminology

  • Client relationship management & consultative selling: Maintain strong client relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions aligned to business objectives and guidelines.

  • Account performance monitoring & optimization: Monitor account performance, proactively addressing issues and identifying opportunities for growth.

  • Customer communication & retention cadence: Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote contract renewal.

  • Issue tracking, documentation & visibility: Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and growth opportunities.

  • Market awareness & strategic insight sharing: Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions, sharing insights to influence team strategy.
