Salary: $67,200-$100,800

Employment Logistics:

The Facility Maintenance Contract Analayst is in charge of overseeing the drafting, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and alignment with business objectives. This role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external parties, helping mitigate contractual risk and supporting strategic initiatives through consistent, accurate contract lifecycle management and governance.

The Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of related experience
• Understanding of contract principles and terminology
• Proficiency with standard office software and contract management technologies

Your Mission in Motion:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts: Support a wide range of agreements including vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and licensing arrangements.
• Ensure compliance and consistency: Confirm contract terms align with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations to align contract terms with business needs and objectives.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle: Maintain a centralized contract repository and administer contract lifecycle processes from intake through execution and ongoing administration.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risk: Flag risks early, provide clear guidance to stakeholders, and drive practical resolutions.
• Standardize and improve contract practices: Develop and implement templates, playbooks, and best practices while monitoring contract performance and compliance.
• Support audits and reporting: Assist with audits, regulatory reviews, and internal reporting related to contract activity and compliance.
