- Engineer standards and improvements end-to-end: Develop and implement engineered standards, performance metrics, and labor models; design, test, and refine process improvements using time studies, work sampling, simulations, and value-stream mapping.
- Improve flow, layout, and equipment design: Support facility layouts, dock door/chute configuration, equipment specifications, and material flow plans to strengthen cross-dock and sortation performance.
- Lead cross-functional execution and adoption: Drive sustainable improvements by partnering with operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain; lead changeovers, train teams, and standardize best practices across multiple sites.
- Embed continuous improvement and risk reduction: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methods; perform root cause analysis to mitigate operational risk and implement data-driven corrective action plans.
