Location:     Combination of REMOTE and ON-SITE work requiring up to 25% travel.

Pay:              $84,000 to $105,000 / year depending on experience and qualifications

Shift:            Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our IT organization, supporting critical cross-functional projects aimed at driving commercial excellence. This role will require working autonomously while guiding teams and initiatives that span multiple departments and priorities.

The Must-Haves:

• Proven experience communicating with the executive level.
• Strong understanding of business processes and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Ability to build and lead cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Experience in the transportation and logistics industry is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects on time and within scope.

Your Mission in Motion:

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic initiatives, driving operational improvements.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and develop new processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize business analysis skills to map processes and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects, balancing competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Act as the project leader and facilitator, building and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Ensure alignment and integration with key tools and systems.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on project outcomes and business analysis.
• Monitor, measure, and report on project performance, leveraging data and project management tools to support decision-making and process refinement.
• Lead project-related communications and stakeholder management, ensuring transparency and engagement across all levels of the organization.
• Limited travel (up to 25%) may be required depending on the project/project cycle.

Paving your way to your success:

• Experience with change management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2) or process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus.
