Employment Logistics:

The Learning Transformation Manager (LTM) leads strategic initiatives to modernize and optimize learning and development across OnTrac. This role drives the implementation of new technologies, manages change, and designs scalable learning ecosystems that support operational excellence and leadership development. The LTM partners with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, data-driven learning solutions aligned with business goals and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.

The Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and learning technologies
  • Experience implementing LMS or learning platforms at scale
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced learning tools and digital transformation strategies
  • Proven project management skills, including change management and cross-functional collaboration

Your Mission in Motion:

  • Lead strategic learning transformation projects, including technology rollouts and change management efforts
  • Design and implement scalable learning ecosystems for onboarding, role development, and career progression
  • Oversee system configuration, governance, and integration of learning platforms in collaboration with IT and vendors
  • Reimagine operational training content and partner with SMEs to develop programs for operational and leadership roles
  • Develop and execute a learning measurement strategy to track effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
