Employment Logistics:
The Loss Prevention Investigator is responsible for managing security operations across a multi-state network of warehouse and corporate facilities. This role leads investigations into internal and external incidents, supports the deployment and maintenance of security technologies—including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems—and partners with internal teams and vendors to reduce risk and protect company assets. Through audits, training, and leadership engagement, the Investigator fosters a proactive culture of safety, security, and awareness across OnTrac.

The Must-Haves:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Remote role, preferred in EST time zone, close to a facility
- Vendor/Account management experience required
6–10 years of experience in loss prevention, investigations, or a related field
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environments preferred
Ability to travel up to 50%
Your Mission in Motion:
Oversee loss prevention and security operations across 50+ warehouse and corporate locations
Conduct facility audits, monitor access controls, and review surveillance footage to identify risks and vulnerabilities
Lead investigations into theft, fraud, and policy violations, partnering with HR, Operations, and law enforcement as needed
Manage incident intake, documentation, and case resolution in accordance with company protocols
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deploy and maintain security systems and ensure compliance with standards
Provide training and support to site leadership, and develop SOPs to strengthen OnTrac’s security posture

You bring added value with multilingual fluency (Spanish or Haitian Creole preferred) and relevant certifications (W-Z, CFI, CPP, LPC)
