Location: Remote – Eastern Region

Pay:$117,000 - $148,000.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Employment Logistics:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to lead our Yard Management Program across multiple locations. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in warehouse and transportation operations management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.

The Must-Haves:

• Minimum of 7 years in a yard management or similar supervisory role, preferably in the warehouse/logistics industry
• Travel required (estimated 25–50%)
• Proven expertise in operating yard trucks, with a strong safety record
• Strong leadership skills
• Progressive background in operations management, project management
• Expertise in operational planning with a track record of successful implementation

Your Mission in Motion:

• Monitor daily yard operations across various locations, ensuring alignment with company standards
• Mentor and advise local teams to enhance performance and drive accountability
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize efficiency
• Manage the yard equipment forecasts and allocation to support business growth
• Negotiate contracts and partnerships that align with organizational objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives
• Conduct train-the trainer classes across assigned region in support of local yard driver training programs
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning efforts

• Class A CDL (preferred)
• Exceptional ability to manage complex relationships effectively
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
