Location: Remote - This position may be performed remotely in states where the company is authorized to employ individuals.

Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $67,200 - $84,000, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $67,200 - $100,800. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Employment Logistics:

The Product Coordinator supports the Revenue Products team. This role helps drive execution by coordinating cross-functional efforts, tracking product initiatives, supporting rollouts, and keeping stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and decisions.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strong data and systems thinking, and uses modern AI tools to improve productivity, streamline documentation, and support product leads with execution, research, and analysis.

The Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in a related field
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity and support product execution
  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Monday.com
  • Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence or Notion
  • Experience working cross-functionally and driving alignment without direct authority
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Your Mission in Motion:

A summary of key responsibilities for the role is outlined below. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support business objectives.

  • Cross-functional product execution: Coordinate revenue product initiatives across Product, Pricing, Operations, and Engineering, helping teams stay aligned on timelines, milestones, deliverables, and product rollout readiness.
  • Launch planning & rollout support: Support end-to-end product launches by maintaining launch checklists, rollout plans, readiness tracking, internal communications, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Stakeholder meetings & follow-through: Facilitate recurring stakeholder meetings, capture decisions and action items, and ensure follow-through across owners and due dates.
  • UAT, testing & pilot coordination: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination by defining test scenarios, tracking issues, managing pilot programs/phased rollouts, capturing feedback and performance metrics, and working with engineering/business teams to prioritize bug fixes and validate readiness.
  • Progress tracking & executive reporting: Maintain documentation of product roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, and delivery commitments; provide status updates and executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and key decisions.
  • Data, systems & analytics support: Use data to track product performance, rollout success, and operational metrics; partner with Analytics teams on reporting, dashboards, and insights; apply systems thinking across pricing, billing, and operational workflows.
  • Risk management & process improvement: Identify and escalate blockers, dependencies, and risks with actionable recommendations; standardize workflows, templates, and documentation practices; introduce efficiencies through automation and better tooling.

  • You understand how revenue products interact with pricing, billing, and reporting systems.
  • You leverage AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and Notion AI to streamline documentation, automate routine tasks, and support product leads with research and analysis.
  • You support the development of scalable processes, workflows, and documentation.
  • You bring a systems-oriented mindset, understanding workflows, dependencies, and process design.

The salary range above represents the national range for this position. The salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at OnTrac, and the actual base salary offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to: Geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, job-related skills and competencies, market alignment, and financial considerations. 

Compensation decisions are made based on the specific circumstances of each hire to ensure fair and competitive pay.
