Location: Remote - Central/East Time Zones are highly preferred

Employment Logistics:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) supports the growth of OnTrac’s sales pipeline through strategic outreach, lead qualification, and campaign follow-up. Reporting to the Sales or Marketing leadership team, this role is essential in identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospects, and supporting inside sales efforts across the parcel logistics space.

The Must-Haves:

  • 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales roles

  • Experience with tools like ZoomInfo, Etail Insights, Demandbase, and Salesforce (SFDC)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Analytical mindset with Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data QA)

  • Ability to manage multiple outreach efforts and campaign tasks independently

  • Logistics or supply chain experience is a plus

  • Willingness to travel for tradeshows and events

Your Mission in Motion:

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, conduct discovery calls, and ensure smooth handoff to Sales Directors

  • Engage prospects using automation tools and platforms to build a healthy pipeline

  • Support marketing campaigns and post-event follow-up to maximize lead conversion

  • Analyze lead data to identify trends and optimize outreach strategies

  • Manage the inside sales cycle for SMB deals, including pricing, contracts, and onboarding
