Location: Remote, Travel up to 25%.
Summary:
This role will support the company’s dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience while helping us achieve our high-growth plan. The customer analytic specialist role will be responsible for analyzing customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve our customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies based on demographics, behavior, and other relevant factors
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Monitor and report on key customer metrics, such as churn rate, lifetime value, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Sales Teams, and a variety of internal groups to develop targeted campaigns to grow and retain the SOW.
- Provide recommendations for improving customer experience and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer analytics.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics within an Account Management or Sales Team, experience within the transportation and logistics industry is a plus
- Advanced Excel knowledge and experience (pivot tables, Vlookup, Index, visualizations)
- Self-driven and proactive problem solver
- Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and Tableau highly desirable
- Expert Excel, SQL knowledge and experience a plus
- Strategic and business forward - you find trends in your data and look for the “so what”
