Job Summary: The Customer Solutions Design Senior Manager is responsible for leading the design and implementation of innovative customer solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, developing strategic solutions, and ensuring the successful execution of customer-centric initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in customer solutions.
- Solution Design and Development:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze customer requirements.
- Design and develop comprehensive solutions that address customer needs and align with business objectives.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and deliver measurable results.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of customer solutions projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of solutions.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of customer solutions to ensure ongoing satisfaction and improvement.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of customer solutions.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on the progress and impact of customer solutions initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Industry Experience: 10+ years in the transportation and logistics industry.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading complex supply chain projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Customer-Facing: Experience in senior customer-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to deliver information effectively to C-suite/VP level.
- Technical Skills: Technical experience in supply chain, including operations planning, supply chain optimization, and network optimization.
- Project Management: Experience managing special projects from design to implementation, including stakeholder management and collaboration with various teams.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present recommendations to executive-level audiences
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented approach.
