Location: Remote - This position may be performed remotely in states where the company is authorized to employ individuals.
Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $140,000 - $175,000, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $140,000 - $210,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, or other incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
Employment Logistics:
The Senior GTM Program & Partnership Manager coordinates execution across Marketing and Service Development for major commercial initiatives, service updates, and go-to-market programs. This role is responsible for building and managing launch plans, maintaining schedules and dependencies, documenting decisions and open issues, and ensuring readiness across Commercial, Pricing, Legal, Operations, IT, and other partner teams. In addition to leading structured program execution, this role also supports the development and management of OnTrac’s commercial and strategic partner program, helping drive growth, reduce sales pipeline blockers, and expand market reach. Success in this position requires strong program management discipline, comfort operating in ambiguity, and experience managing complex go-to-market programs and partnerships in logistics-related environments.

The Must-Haves:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
6–9 years of program management experience in complex cross-functional environments, preferably in B2B logistics, parcel, transportation, operations, or related go-to-market settings
Demonstrated experience managing schedules, dependencies, readiness, issue tracking, and escalation across multiple functions
Experience supporting launches, service changes, or operationally complex initiatives involving commercial, technical, or process dependencies
Deep understanding of go-to-market fundamentals in B2B; marketing experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with ecommerce logistics, parcel, last mile, transportation, or related operational environments preferred
Up to 10% travel
Your Mission in Motion:

Build and manage program structure: Create and maintain integrated schedules for launches, service changes, and major go-to-market initiatives, including milestones, owners, dependencies, launch gates, and key decisions.
Run execution cadence and readiness tracking: Establish regular operating rhythms across workstreams, including status meetings, readiness reviews, checkpoints, and leadership updates, while monitoring operational, technical, commercial, and process readiness.
Track issues and escalate risks: Maintain visibility into blockers, unresolved decisions, readiness gaps, and resource constraints; drive follow-up with owners and escalate when launch timing or execution quality is at risk.
Maintain decision and progress reporting: Keep decision logs, issue registers, action trackers, and status summaries up to date, providing leadership with a clear view of milestones, risks, ownership, and next steps.
Coordinate reprioritization and budget needs: Help identify where launches require sequencing adjustments, focused support, or temporary reprioritization across teams, and manage the end-to-end marketing budget across activities.
Support and grow the partner program: Help manage OnTrac’s commercial and strategic partner program, including partner onboarding, referral and incentive programs, contracts, billing, lead management, and partner-related issue resolution.
Identify new partner opportunities: Support the development of new commercial and strategic partnerships that complement OnTrac’s value proposition and help expand the company’s addressable market.

You understand how go-to-market work, partnerships, and operational execution connect, and you use that perspective to support disciplined program delivery.

The salary range above represents the national range for this position. The salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at OnTrac, and the actual base salary offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to: Geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, job-related skills and competencies, market alignment, and financial considerations.
