Employment Logistics:

The Senior Outbound Channel Manager leads all outbound demand-generation programs across paid media, ABM, email, SDR (Sales Development Representative) outreach, and events. This role turns OnTrac’s positioning and market intelligence into high-impact, personalized campaigns that convert—leveraging Demandbase, Salesforce Account Engagement, Optimizely Personalization, and generative AI to tailor content at scale. In addition to managing the SDR function, this leader drives day-to-day execution across digital advertising, email, and tradeshows, ensuring outbound programs deliver qualified pipeline. Success requires expertise in AI-powered marketing and ABM innovation, combined with data-based decision-making judgment to separate durable capabilities from hype. Familiarity with U.S. e-commerce parcels and last-mile delivery is preferred.

The Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5–7 years in outbound demand generation, ABM, or multi-channel B2B marketing

  • Proven hands-on experience designing and executing innovative marketing programs leveraging frontier technologies, including ABM platforms (Demandbase), marketing automation tools (Salesforce Account Engagement), and personalization engines (Optimizely).

  • Demonstrated use of marketing AI tools for personalization and optimization

  • Proven success managing budgets, agencies, and campaign operations

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data

  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events



Your Mission in Motion:

  • Lead outbound strategy: Design and execute multi-channel demand-generation programs across paid media, ABM, email, SDR outreach, and events to drive qualified pipeline.

  • Own paid media and ABM activation: Manage campaigns on Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Google SEM, leveraging AI-driven personalization and open-web merchant data for precise targeting.

  • Drive email marketing excellence: Oversee outbound email strategy through Salesforce Account Engagement, using generative AI for dynamic personalization and segmentation.

  • Manage SDR function: Coach SDRs on prospecting, outreach sequences, and AI-assisted personalization, ensuring alignment with Sales and campaign objectives.

  • Execute event programs: Plan and activate tradeshows and events, integrating ABM-based targeting, pre-event outreach, and post-event follow-up workflows.

  • Champion innovation: Pressure-test emerging AI and ABM technologies, balancing innovation with sustainable, scalable practices.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with GTM, Product Marketing, Sales, and Ops teams to align campaigns with service capabilities and market priorities.

  • Maintain budget discipline: Oversee paid media and event budgets, vendor relationships, and expense reconciliation with accuracy and agility.
