Summary:

OnTrac is seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead the successful launch of two major Sort Centers in Ohio and Georgia. This high-impact role will serve as the company's point person, driving cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Operations, Real Estate, IT, and external vendors to ensure each facility is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Responsibilities:

 Serve as the Company Lead for all activities related to Sort Center launch in both Ohio and Georgia.

 Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and critical path schedules.

 Coordinate across multiple internal departments (Engineering, Operations, Real Estate, Finance, IT, HR) and external partners (vendors, general contractors, permitting agencies).

 Drive site readiness, including construction milestones, equipment install, commissioning, systems integration, and operational ramp-up.

 Proactively identify risks and lead mitigation strategies to prevent schedule or budget overruns.

 Prepare and present executive-level updates, status reports, and go-live readiness assessments.

 Establish and track KPIs related to facility readiness, capital expenditure, safety, and performance targets.

 Support facility handoff to operational teams and ensure all closeout documentation and lessons learned are captured.

 Operational Understanding: Deep knowledge of how parcel sortation facilities function, with the ability to balance throughput, cost, and scalability during design and launch phases.

 Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identifies risks early, builds mitigation plans, and acts with urgency to resolve blockers. Can pivot plans without losing momentum.

 Communication & Influence: Prepares clear, executive-ready updates. Able to influence without authority and manage expectations across all levels of the organization.

 Detail Orientation with Strategic Vision: Sweats the details without losing sight of the broader business goals. Translates long-term vision into executable action plans.

 Decision Making Under Pressure: Makes sound, data-informed decisions in time-sensitive environments, especially during critical path execution and site go-lives.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

4-8 years experience in related field

Up to 50% Travel
