OnTrac is looking for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Analyst to support first- and middle-mile transportation operations. This individual will play a key role in analyzing performance metrics, supporting network planning and design, contributing to strategic initiatives, and identifying cost and operational efficiency opportunities – all in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct daily and weekly variance analyses and deep dives on performance metrics

· Perform in-depth analysis of operational data to identify trends, areas for efficiency improvements, and cost reduction opportunities

· Supports network planning & design as well as volume forecasting in collaboration with forecasting, operations, engineering and planning teams.

· Present findings clearly to support data-driven decision making

· Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives that support the logistics network performance

· Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business

· Execute special projects and fulfill ad hoc requests as needed

· Strong data analysis and quantitative skills

· Ability to translate data analysis into insights and actions

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree · 5-7 year of experience as an analyst in a transportation, logistics, or supply chain role

· Advanced proficiency in Excel

· Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)

· Occasional Travel as needed <10%

· Understand and adhere to the security guidelines outlined in OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy.
