Employment Logistics:
The Strategic Programs Lead is a newly created role designed to bridge investigative findings with actionable business improvements. This position transforms insights into measurable operational changes that reduce claims, strengthen reliability, and improve customer outcomes. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

The Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA a plus)
 - 5+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, continuous improvement, or risk management
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to leadership
 - Skilled in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable interpreting data and partnering with analysts
 - Proven track record of driving process improvements or risk-reduction initiatives through collaboration
 - Ability to travel up to 25% to field sites
 
Your Mission in Motion:
- Translate investigative findings into clear, actionable business insights and executive-ready summaries
 - Partner with Operations, Safety, Claims, and Training to implement preventive measures and process improvements
 - Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track prevention outcomes and quantify financial impact
 - Lead follow-through on preventive actions identified during investigations, ensuring changes are implemented and sustained
 - Represent prevention progress in executive updates and cross-department meetings
