Location: Remote
Salary: $105,000 to $110,000 per year

Employment Logistics:

The Strategic Sourcing Lead drives cost efficiency and competitive sourcing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. This role focuses on analyzing supplier markets, cost structures, and sourcing trends to develop procurement strategies across defined geographies and business segments. By combining market intelligence, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration, the Strategic Sourcing Lead maximizes organizational value through informed supplier management, demand planning, and strategic purchasing decisions.

The Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret cost data, market dynamics, and demand patterns
• Proficiency with standard office software and purchasing technologies
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment

Your Mission in Motion:

• Analyze supply markets: Conduct supplier and market research to assess cost drivers, capacity, performance, and sourcing trends.
• Develop data‑driven insights: Maintain historical supplier performance and cost data, and translate sourcing effectiveness into actionable reporting for leadership.
• Enable informed decision‑making: Create dashboards, reports, and tools that turn complex supply‑market data into clear business insights.
• Optimize sourcing outcomes: Analyze total cost of ownership, supplier capabilities, and organizational demand to strengthen competitiveness across the supplier portfolio.
• Recommend sourcing strategies: Advise on sourcing approaches, contract structures, negotiation tactics, and supplier‑specific cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Strengthen procurement infrastructure and team capability: Coordinate procurement tools, reporting, and communication channels while providing guidance and mentorship to teammates as needed.
