Employment Logistics:

The Vice President of Planning & Analytics is a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing enterprise-wide strategies that optimize operational performance, workforce planning, and financial efficiency. This role influences long-term business decisions by leveraging advanced analytics and innovative technologies to ensure sustainable growth and scalability across the organization.

The Must-Haves:

• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in planning, analytics, or operations within complex, high-volume environments
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Your Mission in Motion:

• Define and execute the planning and analytics vision, aligning with corporate objectives and operational priorities across all functions.
• Develop and govern labor planning frameworks, policies, and technology solutions to ensure resource efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee multi-year budgeting and forecasting for labor and operational costs, ensuring alignment with growth and profitability targets.
• Establish advanced analytics capabilities to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform executive decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, champion process automation, predictive modeling, and emerging technologies, and present strategic recommendations to the CEO, Board, and other stakeholders with clarity and precision.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• You bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, interpreting complex data to provide strategic insights while remaining adaptable to change.
• You communicate with clarity and influence, collaborating effectively across all organizational levels and building trust through transparency and accountability.
