Location: Remote but MUST be local to Louisville, KY
Pay: $24. - $29.00/hr.
Shift:Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm
Employment Logistics:
The Software Support Specialist role includes working closely with the software development team and end users to analyze and evaluate application behavior. Daily activities will require working within MS SQL, performing application troubleshooting and leading the support of B2B communications using a variety of technologies.

The Must-Haves:
- 3 to 5 years cumulative experience in software support, reporting services and B2B data management systems
- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or software engineering or equivalent work experience
- Working technical knowledge of programming languages, including C# and T-SQL
- Experience working in integrated development environments, including Microsoft Visual Studio
- Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems & Microsoft SQL Server
- Ability to write and troubleshoot Transact SQL queries
- XML, XSLT, EDI experience
Your Mission in Motion:
- Acquire and use knowledge of application logic—at both the business and programming levels—to resolve user issues, propose bug fixes, and assist the Software Support team in troubleshooting efforts
- Lead knowledge management by creating and using documentation
- Perform EDI system configuration to accommodate B2B data exchange
- Perform EDI Integrations with customers and third-party agencies
- Provide advanced support of B2B data exchange
- Perform manual updates to data structures
- Assist with minor data layer programming tasks
- Assist Software Support with creation and maintenance of reports in MS SQL Reporting Services
- Assist with / Perform ad-hoc reporting and data analysis
- Administer the SFTP and AS2 software applications and server configurations
