Location:4440 E. Elwood St. Ste 103 Phoenix, AZ 85040 - Remote after 2 weeks of in office training.

Pay:  $18/hr.

Shift:  5 Days / Week. Monday-Sunday & Holidays Availability from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm MST

*Days may change due to business needs

Employment Logistics:

The IC Administrator will be providing support to the Operations team under the supervision of the IC Administration Manager. This is an essential role within the corporate based Delivery Resources team which oversees the administrative aspect of the relationship between OnTrac and the network of contractors who provide delivery services to

The Must-Haves:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or compliance-focused role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Your Mission in Motion:

  • Support the integrity and efficiency of OnTrac’s contractor onboarding and compliance processes.
  • Administer and review contracts for delivery contractors, subcontractors, and helpers—ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper execution.
  • Manage key onboarding components including criminal background checks, motor vehicle reports, and drug testing, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct periodic audits of driver documentation across terminals and escalate compliance issues to the Delivery Resources Manager.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for terminal inquiries related to independent contractors, providing timely and professional support.
  • Contribute to department-wide initiatives and projects, helping to improve processes and maintain operational excellence.
