OnTrac is hiring a Branch Operations Manager!

As an Operations Manager at OnTrac, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing personnel, implementing strategic processes, and sustaining a positive work culture within the warehouse.

Location: 21 Randolph St Randolph, MA 02368
Pay: $92,400- $138,600 (depending on experience)
Shift(s): Monday to Friday from 5:00am to 2:00pm

The Must-Haves:   

  • GED/Diploma required; college degree preferred 

  • Four years of experience in logistics and/or transportation or can be less if a college degree

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing people, 1 of which is in a similar industry 

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and mathematical skills

  • Effective communication skills including the ability to give honest, constructive feedback 

  • Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment

  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.

  • Drive operational excellence by analyzing KPIs, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and labor standards.

  • Oversee daily labor planning and sort operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and ensure resource alignment.

  • Champion a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to key protocols such as dock safety and lockout/tagout procedures.

  • Build strong relationships with Contracted Service Providers (RSPs), managing contractual performance and facilitating clear, ongoing communication.

  • Maintain a visible leadership presence on the floor, ensuring operational readiness, materials availability, and continuous process efficiency.
