Employment Logistics:

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth by establishing strategic relationships with senior-level executives in large retail and e-commerce organizations. Operating within a defined geographic territory, this role oversees the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and presenting solutions to negotiating and closing contracts. Success in this role requires resilience, strategic thinking, and the ability to align customer goals with OnTrac’s logistics solutions.

The Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 6–10 years of experience in enterprise sales or a related field

  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value contracts

  • Strong relationship-building and executive-level communication skills

  • Ability to travel up to 75%

Your Mission in Motion:

  • Identify key decision-makers and build strategic relationships to drive revenue growth

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including contract negotiation

  • Support onboarding of new enterprise clients to ensure volume commitments are met

  • Manage daily account activities and deliverables to meet customer expectations

  • Collaborate with the Director of Enterprise Sales on reporting, territory strategy, and administrative tasks

  • Represent OnTrac at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings
